Pattern making and fabric cutting at Milagros Enor

Capabilities

One complete production chain, under one roof.

From prototyping and sourcing to knitting, linking, sewing, finishing and inspection—every step runs in our own Suzhou facility, with knitwear and woven garments on dedicated lines.

01

How we work

Six steps from yarn to export carton.

Each step is owned by a dedicated team, so problems are caught where they happen—not at final inspection.

01

Prototyping

An atelier workshop dedicated to prototyping, small trial orders and artisanal production. Patterns, samples and fit revisions turn around quickly, so your development calendar stays on track.

02

Sourcing & Supply Chain

Yarn, fabric and trims sourced with established suppliers to your product requirements—including novelty and difficult-to-find materials developed together with our network.

03

Knitting & Linking

35 computerized flat knitting machines from 3GG to 18GG, feeding 18 linking machines. Full-fashion and cut-and-sew knit structures, jacquard, intarsia, cables and pointelle.

04

Sewing

60 advanced JUKI sewing machines on a dedicated woven line. Every fabric roll is inspected before cutting, and markers are optimized for yield and consistency.

05

Quality Control

Material, in-process, measurement, appearance, final and packaging checks by our in-house QC team—documented at every stage of the order.

06

Finishing & Packing

Ironing, hand finishing, detail work, tagging and packaging before export. We ship FOB, CIF or DDP according to your program.

02 — Production capability

Knit, link, sew. Under one roof.

2,000+ m² of production space in Suzhou, 100+ staff, and a machine park built around flexibility for both knitwear and woven programs.

Knitting and linking are consecutive steps in our knitwear line, while woven garments run on their own dedicated production line. Short internal distances mean faster feedback, fewer defects and tighter lead times.

03

Quality control

Quality is controlled throughout the process.

Six checkpoints, one standard—applied to every order regardless of size.

01
Material inspection

Yarn, fabric and trims checked against your approved standard before production starts.

02
In-process checks

First-piece approval and line patrol checks on every production run.

03
Measurement control

Size-set and inline measurements against your spec sheet.

04
Appearance & workmanship

Stitching, seams, linking points and finishing details reviewed piece by piece.

05
Final random inspection

AQL-based final inspection with full reports and photos on request.

06
Packing check

Cartons, labels, hangtags and packing list verified before the container leaves.

04 — Capacity

35K–40K knitwear and 12K–15K woven units per month.

Monthly capacity scales with program complexity. Tell us your styles, gauges and delivery window, and we will confirm a realistic production plan.
